Sticky pork & radish noodles

We’ve modified it a bit though.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp clear honey
  • zest and juice 2 limes
  • 450g pork fillet, thinly sliced
  • pack of straight to wok noodles
  • 140g radishes, thinly sliced
  • 200g mangetout, cut into strips
  • 1 large carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • small bunch coriander, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chilli & garlic sauce

Method

  1. Whisk the honey and lime zest and juice together in a large bowl and season. Add the pork and mix well to coat in the marinade. Cover and chill for 10 mins.

  2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Remove the pork from the marinade and add to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-5 mins, until golden and cooked through. Add the marinade to the pan and allow to bubble for 1 min.

  3. Mix in the radishes and carrot and cook for 1-2minutes.

  4. Add the noodles, chilli sauce, soy saunce and cook for a minute.

  5. Mix in the mangetout and coriander and cook for a further minute.
